Frankfurt/M is a central traffic hub in Germany. It is directly connected to most places of the world via Frankfurt International Airport, and within Europe many capital cities can be accessed via high speed trains.
Frankfurt/Hahn Airport (HHN) – not to be confused with Frankfurt International Airport (FRA) - is located about 140 km from Frankfurt/M. and several low-cost airlines serve Frankfurt/Hahn.
A direct bus connection is available from Frankfurt/Hahn to Frankfurt Main Station.
By Rail way:
Frankfurt is accessible via two major railway stations which are directly connected with all major cities in Germany and with several European destinations via ICE high speed trains.
Both railway stations are connected via public transport Frankfurt Main Train Station (Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof)
Frankfurt Airport Train Station (Frankfurt Flughafen) is located at Frankfurt International Airport which is connected via public transport with Frankfurt Main Station.
By Car:
Coming from the North and the South via motorway A5
- At the Nordwestkreuz, take the A66, towards Miquelallee.
- Follow direction to Miquelallee until A66 goes directly into Miquelallee
- After the bridge, take the very right of the four lanes and turn right into Hansaallee
at the first sett of traffic lights.
- From Hansaallee turn right at the second traffic light (approx. 300 m) into Bremer Strasse
- Turn right at the first traffic light into Fürstenbergstrasse
- At your right hand site you see the IG-Farben building (see above).
The car entrance to Campus Westend is after the IG Farben building at the right.
- Follow direction to Miquelallee until A66 goes directly into Miquelallee
- After the bridge, take the very right of the four lanes and turn right into Hansaallee
at the first sett of traffic lights.
- From Hansaallee turn right at the second traffic light (approx. 300 m) into Bremer Strasse
- Turn right at the first traffic light into Fürstenbergstrasse
- At your right hand site you see the IG-Farben building (see above).

Coming from the East via motorway A3
- Leave A3 at the intersection with A5 to the North (direction Kassel-Dortmund-Hannover)
- At the Nordwestkreuz, take to A66, towards Miquelallee.
Follow direction to Miquelallee until A66 goes directly into Miquelallee
- After the bridge, take the very right of the four lanes and turn right into Hansaallee
at the first sett of traffic lights.
- From Hansaallee turn right at the second traffic light (approx. 300 m) into Bremer Strasse
- Turn right at the first traffic light into Fürstenbergstrasse
- At your right hand site you see the IG-Farben building (see above).

- Proceed on A66 at the Nordwestkreuz towards Miquelallee.
- Follow direction to Miquelallee until A66 goes directly into Miquelallee
- After the bridge, take the very right of the four lanes and turn right into Hansaallee
at the first sett of traffic lights.
- From Hansaallee turn right at the second traffic light (approx. 300 m) into Bremer Strasse
- Turn right at the first traffic light into Fürstenbergstrasse

Parking situation:
The parking situation close to Campus Westend is difficult. A limited parking facility is available on Campus Westend. If you provide us with your car plate number during registration we will ask for a parking permission. Given permissions are only valid during the conference and restricted to the given plate number.
